Symptom:
Issue Description:
Make a Video call between DX80 and SX10 Quick Set, Change the language of SX10 Quick Set from English to Japanese from SX10 Quick Set web UI. Now check the participant list of SX10 Quick Set in OSD."Me" string is not changed to Japanese. Only after hold/Resume "Me" string will change to Japanese.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Register SX10 Quick Set and DX80 in Unified CM
2.Make a Video call from DX80 to SX10 Quick Set
3.Log in SX10 Quick Set Web UI and Change the language from English to Japanese
4.Now Check the OSD of SX10 Quick Set for Participant list
