Description (partial)

Symptom:
If you attempt to execute a blind transfer to a directory contact's telephone, mobile, or home phone; and that number contains a non-dialable character (ex. 111-111-1111, 111 111 1111), the transfer will fail. 

You can successfully dial out to the number and execute consult transfers, it is purely blind transfers that are affected.

Conditions:
On affects 11.0.3.2604
Contact DN must have a non-dialable character in the DN (ex. 111-111-1111)
Must be a blind transfer
