Symptom:
After adding secondary FI to cluster, it fails to configure FC ports in FC switching mode,
In UCSM GUI we see FI in FC Switching mode, with below command we see 'end-host' mode

FI-B(nxos)# show platform fwm info lif all
dump lif info: if_index 0x0 dump_all 1 verbose 0
fc1/1: state 0x2 if_ord 0 if 'pif fc1/1'
fc1/1: mode 'end-host' pinned-if 'none' if-type 'none' sif_nf_exporter=NO ' <<<<< mode 'end-host'

Conditions:
Below conditions (all of them) need to match for this issue to occur:
i)Fabric Interconnect is configured in Ethernet Switching mode and/or FC Switching mode
ii)UCS Infra bundle running is 3.2(3a)
iii)Secondary Fabric Interconnect is replaced/joining the HA cluster or Primary FI was in standalone mode (with Ethernet and/or FC switching mode configured) and new cluster is formed with secondary FI joining the cluster
