Description (partial)

Symptom:
Single large traffic flow (>1MPPS) of UDP or TCP may cause packet drop or overruns on interfaces while the NBAR tunneled-traffic feature is enabled.

Conditions:
A large flow (>1MPPS) of UDP or TCP traffic and any of the following NBAR features are enabled:

ip nbar classification tunneled-traffic capwap    
ip nbar classification tunneled-traffic ipv6inip  
ip nbar classification tunneled-traffic teredo
