Description (partial)

Symptom:
anyconnect NAM is configured for "before user logon" enabled.
if users enter the wrong password network authentication fails and users are not prompted with any message that indicates wrong password. any later attempt to logon will not work until reboot (logon with local credentials will work).

this is only on WIN10, WIN7 works fine.

Conditions:
1)"before user logon" enabled in NAM profile.
2)more than one network profile configured in NAM (i.e wired and wireless)
3)windows 10
