Symptom:
Authentication fails with switch acting as a supplicant when type 7 password is used in the dot1x credential profile.
Example:
switch(config)#dot1x credentials dot1x-profile
switch(config-dot1x-creden)# username switch
switch(config-dot1x-creden)# password 7 14141B180F0B
switch(config-dot1x-creden)#exi

Conditions:
type 7 password is used
