Description (partial)

Symptom:
Agent_Skill_Group Interval will not show the latest reports and the reporting data is stuck in Agent_Skill_Group_IntervalTmp table. Agent_Skill_Group_IntervalTmp will keep continuously growing beyond their threshold size.

Conditions:
This is rare occurrence can occur when process like Router, OPC or HistLogger when the PG is updating the Historical records.
