Symptom: The call rate is wrong when dialling from Recents on Touch. 1. Create a contact to Favorites (for example, Call rate: 384kbps) 2. Place a call by selecting the contact from Favorites on Touch 10. Then, the call connected with 384kbps. 3. Disconnect the call. 4. Place a call by selecting the call of step 2 in Recents on Touch 10. Then, the call connected with 64kbps/6000kbps. -> Call rate can be 64kbps or 6000kbps so far I tested. Conditions: The problem happen when placing a call from Recents on Touch. Recents on WebUI is no problem.
