Description (partial)

Symptom:
The customer has seen 'We encountered an error' error message while configuring Scheduled Scans.
This symptom is able to reproduce easy.
1) create user WITHOUT Administrator Perverse in AMP console.
At this time, we configure as he having any policy to view and edit a specific policy.
2) Login to AMP console as created at (1)
3) Nvigate to Edit policy, and view Advanced Setting > Scheduled Scans.
4) Press '+New' and 'Add' button, you will see We encountered an error' dialogue.If we configure this operation WITH Administrator Perverse user, we will NOT see above error message.

Conditions:
AMP User without Administrator privileges.
