Symptom:
Symptoms:
1. Browse to > Security Services > IronPort Anti-Spam > and confirm the value "IronPort Anti-Spam Scanning:	Enabled"
2. Click "Edit Global Settings."
3. The checkbox is empty for "Enable IronPort Anti-Spam Scanning"

Conditions:
Ironport Anti-Spam feature enabled on an ESA.
Browse to > Security Services > IronPort Anti-Spam > and confirm the value "IronPort Anti-Spam Scanning:	Enabled"
