Description (partial)

Symptom:
After initial login to CMA WebRTC, click the "Invite" button, the last two options in the drop down are present, but greyed out and one cannot click either. The two buttons are "send email" and "copy invitation". Reloading the page or reopening the same menu fixes the issue.

Conditions:
CMS Web Bridge 2.3.2 or newer, everything is configured properly for email invitations.
