Description (partial)

Symptom:
When the peoplesoft db is configured for case sensitivity our query does not function correctly due to the column name in the where clause being lower case.

               on ps.OUTDESTTYPE = ot.OUTDESTTYPE 
              and ps.GENPRCSTYPE = ot.GENPRCSTYPE 
  left outer join PS_OUTDESTFORMAT odf 
               on ps.OUTDESTFORMAT = odf.OUTDESTFORMAT 
              and ps.GENPRCSTYPE   = odf.GENPRCSTYPE

Conditions:
Only when the Peoplesoft database is using case sensitive collation
