Description (partial)

Symptom:
The dropped packet capture debug utility already exists in the LS code base and is visible to the customer for use in debugging - this bug covers the missing time information that can be used to let the user know what time the packet was dropped, and the relative order of the packets being reviewed as part of the debug activity.

Conditions:
This enhancement will come into use when the system is dropping packets for some unknown reason such as misconfiguration of system and/or other network elements or an error in system operation has occurred.
