Average in last minute and Average in last hour response times will shown incorrectly as 0 in CLI, GUI and SNMP.

The value for 'Average since proxy restart ' can be shown incorrectly as a negative number as well.

- WSA handling transparent HTTPS traffic and some SSL connections are set to 'Passthrough'
