Description (partial)

Symptom:
- IPDT entry for IP phone frequently going INACTIVE, even though phone is still powered on
- If dot1x/MAB in use, dACL gets removed from interface where phone is connected, causing loss of network connectivity for phone.
- If dot1x/MAB in use, and dACL in use, then might see large amount of forwarding engine drops for "InpL2AclDrop" under "show platform software drop-port". This indicates drop at forwarding engine due to ACL deny statement on L2 port.

- Running 3.10.0 or 3.10.1
- 6900, 7900, or 8800 series Cisco IP phones connected to 4500 (There may be other models affected).
