Description (partial)

Symptom:
The ISIS process will crash if more manual adjacency SIDs are configured in a link than can be packed into a single IS-neighbor TLV. The exact number depends on what other subTLVs are present, however a limit of 16 should be safe.

Conditions:
ISIS with MPLS segment-routing configured and statically configured adjacency SIDs.
