Last Modified

Apr 20, 2018

Products (1)

  • Cisco Unified Attendant Consoles

Known Affected Releases

12.0(2)

Description (partial)

Symptom:
Currently contact matching is leveraged within the console for caller ID. Under this model if a contact dn does not reside in the client directory the value unknown is returned.

Intended design would be:
1 - If a contact matches a PDG
2 - If a contact matches full directory
3 - If a contact exists in UCM directory
4 - External Call ID pass through (which if I am not mistaken would be passed in the same fashion as line 3 here).

Conditions:
Intended design would be:
1 - If a contact matches a PDG
2 - If a contact matches full directory
3 - If a contact exists in UCM directory
4 - External Call ID pass through (which if I am not mistaken would be passed in the same fashion as line 3 here).
