Description (partial)

Symptom:
Clients are seen having high latency and sluggishness seen 8510 WLC.

A wireless span from the WLC's LAG, including both the CAPWAP traffic to/from the APs, and the client VLANs, shows that there is a very long delay (170 - 500 ms) in encapsulating/decapsulating the client data frames.  This
should be < 1 msec.

Conditions:
AVC disable on WLAN and Netflow monitor assigned to the WLAN
