Description (partial)

Symptom:
For a VLAN which is configured as L2VNI, its L3 gateway MAC learnt on a switch should not be same as other VLAN's L3 gateway MAC(anycast gateway MAC) configured as L3VNI on that switch. If this is the case, Traffic to gateway IP or traffic that has to be routed from the L2VNI VLAN will be dropped by the VTEP.

Conditions:
First generation 9300 switches powered by T2 ASIC
