Symptom:
usb headset can't hear audio while Prefered audio device set Bluetooth and answer call by softkey

Conditions:
Duplicate step:
1.in PhoneA lcd gui
set Audio preferences--->Prefered audio device :Bluetooth ( no actual bluetooth device paired with this phone)
2.plug usb headset for PhoneA
3.PhoneB call PhoneA
4.PhoneA answer the call by PhoneA's Answer softkey and  phone's headset hard key becomes red  which means the audio path is headset. But headset has audio.
