Description (partial)

Symptom:
1. Add Admin VDC into PI 3.1.7 Update 03 Device pack 16, PI 3.2.2 Update 02 Device pack 4, PI 3.3.0 Device pack 1, PI 3.4
2. Child VDCs are not automatically added into the Inventory as separate devices

Conditions:
-Add Nexus 7k admin VDC into PI 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 & 3.4. 
-Configure the IP address for mgmt0 interfaces of child VDCs
-Ensure the child VDCs are using the same SSH & SNMP credentials as the admin VDC
-After an Inventory sync, The child VDCs fail to be added into PI Inventory as separate devices.
