Symptom:
With multiple paths to IPv6 BGP peers (with graceful restart enabled) when reloading one of these devices, Cat 9400 incorrectly removes path to neighbor that is up and keeps path to neighbor that has been reloaded. Causing around 110 seconds of IPv6 traffic loss.
