Description (partial)

On a SIP-700 the ingress hardware CEF entry has load balanced label objects misprogrammed for ipv4 labeled unicast bgp next hops.
Impact : Traffic is lost because it is sent to the wrong remote PE router with a VPNV4 VRF label that is for the other load balanced PE router.

PE router with BGP multipath load balancing between a PE router that is reachable via IGP/LDP and another that is reachable via BGP IPV4 labeled unicast. 
The issue is not seen with BGP multipath load balancing with two load balanced BGP next-hops that are reachable via IGP/LDP instead of IPV4 BGP labeled unicast.
The loopback address of the IGP PE next-hop is lower then the address of the LU PE next-hop. This problem is only seen on the SIP-700 and not other types of ASR 9000 
line cards.
