Description (partial)

Symptom:
MAC learning issue with dhcp relay and VPC+ when a VM is migrated from one server to another server.

Conditions:
On customers case:

- 2 DC having a pair of N6K configured in VPC+
- Multiple servers with VMs connected to N6K on each DC
- When a VM is connected to DC1 or DC2 is able to get an IP address from DHCP server
- When the same VM is moved from one DC to another DC, the MAC address of the VM is not updated and still points to the initial interface.
