Description (partial)

Symptom:
There is no place to check Sent time of an email. The created date for the outbound email is literally when 'it was created'. This means, if you start typing your outbound email, then realize you forgot to do something, or need to change the attachment (or anything like that), you do not send it straight away.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login as agent to ECE
2. Choose a case.
3. Click on Reply/Reply/Forward/Redirect
4. Activity will be created at 13:38.
5. Agent spent 23 minutes to prepare answer and sent email at 16:01
