Description (partial)

Symptom:
When you are in the case details screen, on the right hand side, you see a list of activities within this case. You see on each activity if there is an attachment on the activity or not (by the paperclip symbol). But from that screen (case details screen), you can't actually get to the attachments themselves on the activities.

Steps:
1. Login an agent to ECE
2. Go to Folders -> Open/Closed Case
3. Select case and go to Case History
4. You will see attachment (paperclip symbol) on the right.

There is no option to list/download attachment from Case History. This is not convenient if agent has to quickly  observe many attachments in multiply cases.

Option to see details or download attachment should be added.

Conditions:
Using ECE gadget in Finesse
