Description (partial)

Symptom:
In some cases, webRTC guest user is unable to use "Use my video system" feature to place call. After Join Meeting button is pressed, the call is attempted but does not connect. Eventually the connection times out and the user is returned to the main log in screen.

Conditions:
The call failure does not happen in every call and is dependent on load balancing mechanism of the Call Bridge selection in a clustered deployment. When the call fails, the event log for one of the Call Bridge will show this Warning-level message "...trying to create a pairing session with cospace that instance is not linked with (guestxxxx@domain)".
