Cisco Bug: CSCvi91725 - Voicemail will delete out of prime but not Unity

Symptom: If you cancel service on the voicemail it does delete it, but if you cancel it on the phone and the line it deletes the phone and the line but not the voicemail. The message before you execute the order tells you it will delete the line and the voicemail. The order shows as successful, but the voicemail still remains on CUC. Later, when you assign a new user with that voicemail it will the order fails because CUC still sees the voicemail box as existing and assigned. Conditions: Voicemail order fails due to PCP not deleting the voicemail out of Unity.
