Description (partial)

Symptom:
After FTD upgrade to 6.2.3 you might receive health alert on the FMC:
Code - F1000292; Description - [FSM:FAILED]: external aaa server configuration(FSM:sam:dme:AaaEpUpdateEp)

The fault appeared from the FXOS side:
