Description (partial)

Symptom:
ATA 190 establishes the acll and it works well without any problem But during
the call release , if the ATA receives an RTCP packet which is a part of the
same call, the ATA State Machine gets stuck and the call stays hung on the ATA.

Multiple such conditions when accumulated leads to ATA Crash.

ATA becomes unresponsive and the only way to get it back is to reset the module
by doing a power cycle

Conditions:
SIP interaction ( call manager reset) is impossible because of the State Machine.

Note: This is a timing issue and is reproducible if pumped RTCP packet at that very time.
