Description (partial)

Symptom:
customer would like a way to have the emails sent as a generic Cisco email address (i.e. cres@cisco.com<mailto:cres@cisco.com>) and then the reply address set to the actual sender?

in example given
        dvieira@mfda.ca<mailto:dvieira@domaion.ca> sends to example @domain.com<mailto:example @domain.com>

The recipient then attempts to secure forward the email to their client;

*        example@domain.com<mailto:johndoe@domain.com> forwards to example2@domain.com<mailto:example2@domain.com>

In this example, example has published SPF records for his domain and example2 has a rule that drops emails that fail the SPF checks.

Conditions:
in current configuration this feature does not exist
