Description (partial)

Symptom:
OSPFv3 does not establish over VPLS, ipv6 icmp fails, bad checksum is reported:

*Apr  9 12:41:03.892: %OSPFv3-4-ERRRCV: OSPFv3-666-IPv6 Received invalid packet: Bad Checksum from FE80:FF97::225:45FF:FE23:9751, GigabitEthernet0/1.100

Cause is that source address of incoming hello packet is corrupted. Initial packet had address FE80::225:45FF:FE23:9751, but after PE2 it became FE80:FF97::225:45FF:FE23:9751.

Conditions:
Configure service-policy and ACL with log keyword together on PE interface in CE2 direction.
