Description (partial)

Symptom:
re-enter Server All calls or Enterprise Directory, Cancel, then phone reboot

Conditions:
1. click Settings -> Recents -> Server All calls.   When the animate spinner icon is still running, click Settings hardkey.
2. wait for 10 seconds.
3. click Settings -> Recents -> Server All calls.   When the animate spinner icon is still running, click "Cancel" softkey.
4. Phone crashed.
If phone does not crash, try step1~step3 again.
