Description (partial)

Symptom:
On a dual supervisor N7K setup running HSRP anycast, the changes we make in the anycast configuration (like addition/deletion of VLANs from the bundle) does not sync up to standby local pss.

Due to this, on a switchover, the libanycast cache gets corrupted and will impact traffic for the affected VLANs.

Conditions:
Dual-sup N7K with HSRP anycast. Changes need to be made to anycast bundle (such as addition/deletion of VLANs from the bundle) after standby sup is in ha-standby state.
