Description (partial)

Symptom:
CSM client hangs for 15+ minutes when doing "find usage" then "policies" tab, and it could not be used until "find usage" returns.

Conditions:
1. "find usage" applied on an object that was used by a policy that involves 30+ levels of child inheritances/references.
2. click on "policies" tab
