Symptom: If an outbound dial plan rule exists on an unclustered CallBridge, but the scope is set to "callBridge" the outbound dial plan rule does not show in the WebAdmin Conditions: This only occurs when an outbound rule was created via the API with a scope that is not set to "global" The most likely case to see this would be when a CallBridge is removed from a cluster and had outbound rules set up with scopes while it was in a cluster.
