Symptom:
TCL extension using some functions, such as clock, that require the tcl initialization script to have run may fail.

Conditions:
TCL extensions that use certain functions.

Hi. Im have downloaded the CNR 8.3.3. (prime network registra 8.3.3.) Im am look at upgrading from 8.1.3. All works fine(until now), but our TCL scripting fail on one function : clock.
