Description (partial)

Symptom:
This is a modification on the product to adopt new secure code best practices to enhance 
the security posture and resiliency of the Cisco Nexus 9000 Series Fabric Switches - ACI mode.

This was a request to disable the Linux implementation of the TCP timestamp option which was
decided against on the product. The defect is closed.

Conditions:
Device configured with default configuration.
