Description (partial)

Symptom:
If version 2.2.1.39 fails post install tasks and cluster_powerdown is executed, on power up, the UI and logs indicate the cluster is running version 2.2.1.35 instead of the previously seen version 2.2.1.39. And the RPM upgrade log indicates the following error:
