Description (partial)

Symptom:
vCUSP smart license registration failing.
In vCUSP there is no current method for administrators to manually upload a security certificate.  vCUSP GCH/Smart agent module requires  connectivity to www.cisco.com for new cert download. On failure following msgs can be seen in vCUSP  logs:

[Thread-33] ERROR event_msg_sender_log  - HttpGet execute exception, fail to get remote resource from http://www.cisco.com/security/pki/trs/ios_core.p7b
