Description (partial)

Symptom:
web-gui and lcd-gui displays wrong ipv6 prefix length

Conditions:
Trigger condition: config phone in ipv6 network with dhcp M bit 1, set dhcp pool prefix length to 64, but after phone get dhcp address, the prefix length will be displayed as 128
Customer Impaction: customer will confuse with the prefix length 128 not the same as their configuration.but phone works well.
