Description (partial)

Symptom:
Cisco Jabber v12 mac OSx has the Single Number Reach feature. Users can now turn on/off on when they want to receive calls on their Remote destination/Mobile identity device.

But there is no option to disable this feature on an admin level. There are customers who do not want the end users to see this option on Jabber client, this is to save PSTN cost and enforce VoIP to its maximum capability.

The only option now to remove this is to make sure there is no RD or Mobile identity BUT removing them will also remove the Move to mobile feature.

Customers only want the end users to move the call to PSTN when answered and not use SNR all the time.

This is an enhancement request to disable/remove the SNR option from the Jabber UI.

Conditions:
Have RD or Mobile identity on Jabber and don't want users to use SNR but only Move to mobile
