Symptom:
The CVP 10.5 Install and Upgrade Guide states the following for a migration:
If there is a change in platform of a later release of Unified CVP, migration from the existing release to the later release is required.

The CVP 10.5 Install and Upgrade Guide states the following for a upgrade:
You can upgrade to a new version of Unified CVP if the platform of the new and existing version is the same. For example, replacing Unified CVP 9.0(1) with Unified CVP 10.0(1) is an upgrade because both the versions work on the same platform.

If a customer is upgrading the CVP reporting server from 9.0(1) to 10.5(1), they are staying on the same Windows Platform; however they need to follow the migration procedure because the informix database is being upgraded.
The CVP Reporting Server Upgrade portion of the CVP install and upgrade guide need to state that if you are upgrading the reporting server from 9.0 that you need to follow the migration portion of the document.
