Description (partial)

Symptom:
The AnyConnect on iOS devices loops in "Examining System..." state and manual disconnect / connect is needed.

Connected to asa.example.com.
Reconnecting to asa.example.com...
Establishing VPN - Examining system...

Conditions:
iOS device roams from IPv4 only to IPv6 only network, or vice versa.
The device has only IPv4 or only IPv6 address assigned by ISP.
The ASA can have IPv4 only and e.g. NAT64/DNS64 can be done by the ISP.
Upon roaming the ASA FQDN address is re-resolved to IPv6 or IPv4 respectively.
