unmapped exception null seen in a scenario

1)Login to CCMAdmin.
2)Access the path Device->Phone.
3) In Find and List Phones page, click on "Add New From Template " button and select "IMS-integrated Mobile " as Phone type.Further, select Sample Device Template with TAG usage examples element from Device Template drop down box, add Directory number using New button option. Make sure mandatory fields are populated.

Post adding the Phone type, update any of the field in the page with new input. The operation results in "unmapped exception null" though the data is updated.
