Cisco Bug: CSCvi79268 - Renaming a User Identity Group breaks Sponsor to log in to the Sponsor portal page

ISE 2.3 patch 2

Issue is reproducible on customer server as well as lab server with out customer backup.

++ Create a user Group eg:- TestGroup ( Administration -> System -> Admin Access -> Admin Groups)
++ Create a user "testuser" ( Administration -> System -> Admin Access -> Admin users) and map to the group TestGroup
++ Create a Sponsor Group under eg:- "SponsorGroup"(Work Centers -> Guest Access -> Portal & Components -> sponsor Group) 
++ Edit the SponsorGroup,  in Match criteria add the TestGroup under members.
++ Login any sponsor portal page. You will be able login to the Sponsor portal page.
++ Logout from the sponsor portal page. 
++ Now change the user group name from "TestGroup" to "Testgroup123"
++ You can not login to the sponsor portal page now with same user credentials.
++ If navigate to (Work Centers -> Guest Access -> Portal & Components -> sponsor Group). You still see Members Group with old name.
