Symptom: blf plk led will not change to red when in-dialog subscription fails Conditions: 1.Make the 1st BLF subscribe sent out from the phone is successful. 2.phone will refresh subscription every 60s 3.disconnect network connect to the server 4.after the previous subscription time out, Phone will send out the subscribe to server and get no response, this subscription fails. Problem: the BLF led is still green.
