Description (partial)

Symptom:
H323 Client cannot be added using phone based on a Universal Device Template method

Conditions:
1)Login to CCMAdmin.
2)Access the path Device->Phone.
3) In Find and List Phones page, click on "Add New From Template " button and select "H323 Client" as Phone type.Further, select Sample Device Template with TAG usage examples element from Device Template drop down box, add Directory number using New button option. Make sure mandatory fields are populated.

H323 cannot be added as"Add failed. Busy Trigger cannot be greater than 1 because the specified device type does not support Call Waiting" warning message is displayed
