Description (partial)

Hitting button "Assign Domain to Domain Group" doesn't give the change to domain, No error from UCS Central GUI.

Vlan with exact same name exist under current domain group and the target domain group
The Global Service Profile (GSP) was associated to a server in current domain group, but the GSP is not associated to any server when the issue occurs.
Same-name vsan can contribute to the issue as well.
