Symptom:
MDS 9396s reboot with crash "licmgr" (without any configuration change)
running NXOS version 8.1(1)

Following system reset reason appears.

Conditions:
Suddenly switch reboot/reload with following syslog message and you will find crash for "licmgr" in "show core output
